The primary role of a Sales Executive is to present Social Factor solutions to key decision-makers within targeted enterprise-level accounts. The Sales Executive will develop strategies to expose enterprise-level prospects to Social Factor services offerings that can positively impact their business. The Sales Executive will steward new opportunities from origination to close through consultative conversations, compelling presentations, and determined to follow through. This is a highly independent sales role for a sales executive with a high degree of business acumen, excellence, and maturity.
Responsibilities:
Key initiator of new business development targeting enterprise-size clients.
Independently calls on mid to senior-level leaders to generate sales.
Diagnoses and assesses client needs and account fit for Social Factor.
Prescribes, designs, and enables strategic solutions.
Presents and provides individual client consultations aligned with overall customer strategy.
Writes and oversees effective business proposals.
Closes business consistently within the Social Factor guidelines developed for product and service mix and pricing.
Makes and executes marketing and management plan to meet and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets.
Acting as a trusted advisor in our clients’ products and services, the market, and their consumers - displaying a firm understanding of their teams’ structure, challenges, goals, and objectives.
Requirements:
This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an agency or corporate sales, preferably in a professional services environment.
A stable work history and successful track record of personal sales performance in a corporate environment is essential.
Requires a consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, forecasting, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure.
BA or BS in business or related fields is desired.
A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to success in this role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential; must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to both line leadership and senior leadership.
Maintain awareness and passion for social media marketing trends and best practices. You keep a pulse on what’s happening and offer smart POVs on how businesses should adapt accordingly.
Minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
Internet speed requirement of a minimum of 50 mbps
Work environment:
This position typically works in an indoor office environment at the company office or working from their home office.
Travel:
Occasional travel less than 25% is required.
